The Peaks is a spacious yet cosy chalet that boasts a privileged location close to the heart of Kitzbühel. Handcrafted materials provide a fusion of warm oak wood and concrete with sleek black elements and modern appliances. Gaggenau in the kitchen, Vola bath fittings, Klafs Sauna and B&B furniture blend seamlessly with fresh designer products from upcoming German talent such as Freifrau & Janua.
The large living dining room is housed on the upper floor, where full height sliding doors to the terrace afford panoramic views over the entire city, the world famous Streif and the entire Kitzbühel mountain world.
Comfortable seating to relax by the fire, and a dining table for up to 10 people is complemented by a family room with home cinema including Sky TV, Netflix and an Apple TV.
A mezzanine gallery can be used as a further relaxation area, whilst the sleek, fully equipped kitchen, hidden bar, high speed WiFi, and integrated music system ensure all entertainment needs are fulfilled.
The four main bedrooms are very generously proportioned, with king size beds and lavish en suite bathrooms. The master suite is particularly spacious, with its dressing area, oval floor standing bath, and double size shower.
Solid wood beds with high quality pocket spring mattresses, Fischbacher fabrics and pleasant linen sheets should guarantee an extremely restful nights sleep.
A further bedroom with sofa bed and shared bathroom is available for larger parties. Two extra beds can also be placed in the mezzanine gallery if required.
The modern spa and fitness area invites you to relax after a day on the mountain, featuring separate sauna and steam rooms, and gym with TRX and yoga facilities.
The whole house is controllable via standard switches as well as via the newest smart home technology - allowing you to turn on your Spa from the ski slope.
