Built in 2015, The Grand is an exceptional chalet located in the Aurach region of Kitzbühel, enjoying beautiful, completely uninterrupted views of the entire valley. Spread over four floors with an additional guest house that is cleverly linked via the basement and terrace, this palatial layout can accommodate up to 16 people in ultimate style and comfort.

Immediately on entering the chalet on the ground floor, one already senses the impressive nature of this sumptuous home. A large ski room with ample storage and integrated boot warmers is located to one side, and an elegant spa to the other. Stairs and a lift provide access to all floors, whilst a cavernous multipurpose garage impresses with its ability to seamlessly convert to a high-end home cinema and entertainment area.

The chalet has been lovingly decorated and furnished by interior design specialists Landau + Kindelbacher, famed for their luxurious transformation of Chalet N in Oberlech. The Grand is equally opulent, with its lavish attention to detail. Reclaimed timber on floors, walls and ceilings gives a warm and consistent visual appearance, and is balanced against a stunning selection of soft furnishings and carefully chosen materials for contrasting texture and strong colour accents.

Living areas are located on the second floor, taking full advantage of the views. A large dining room with stylish chairs and modern chandelier centerpiece flows into the elegant kitchen, with top quality appliances and more relaxed seating area nestled in the bay window. At the rear is a second kitchen for staff/preparation, and a large wine cellar.

The lounge is situated on the opposite side of this floor, with comfortable settees and armchairs arranged by the open fireplace. Entertainment via a discreetly located television is revealed from behind a picture at the press of a button. To the back of the lounge is a full bar with stool seating, and a cosy nook to gather round for drinks, games, or to plan the days ahead.

A particular highlight is the huge master suite which spreads across the entire top floor of the chalet - boasting its own living room, dressing room, bathroom with double bath, separate shower, and even a private sauna. The views over the valley from the private balcony complete this magnificent suite, which also benefits from direct lift access to the spa.

Four further bedrooms are located on the first floor, spread around a centrally located hallway with lift access and cosy lounge with fireplace. All have direct access to the terrace and valley views, plus extravagant ensuite bath or shower rooms with designer brass fittings by Vola and bespoke patterned tiling. The larger suites are located in each wing, and benefit from separate dressing room, seating area and freestanding oval bathtubs.

Completing the main chalet is the deluxe spa area, where a sauna and glass steam room float above the colour therapy jacuzzi/plunge pool. Space to relax is complemented by a snow/ice crystal maker to rub on your skin, sliding doors to let in the fresh mountain air, a bar with ice cube maker, and an integrated sound system.

The adjoining guest house provides three further double bedrooms with ensuite facilities, its own kitchen, dining and lounge area, and a generous covered outside dining space perfect for family get togethers. Every room in the chalet benefits from WiFi access, Sonos sound system and television with Apple TV and DVD player.
