The refined decor of Le 1947 signature restaurant openS onto a lush tropical garden, whilst the Chef orchestrates a play of savours inspired by local and regional flavours.

An experiential vermilion shaded hallway leads to Le 1947 fine-dining restaurant. Conceived as an exceptional 9-course culinary experience, it pays tribute to French cuisine, interpreted with delicacy and creativity in a Maldivian setting. Le 1947 bar is an ideal venue to start or end a gastronomic experience in a hushed ambiance enhanced by the flowing notes of the grand piano.


La Table de Partage hosts very private dining parties conceived specially for families or friends. A generously sized table allows fourteen guests to celebrate the convivial art of dining together. Prepared with the Chef’s complicity and inspired by each party’s wishes, the menu combines traditional sharing dishes scented with local flavours.


Relaxed and contemporary, the White serves breakfast and brasserie-style cuisine around the clock. A feet in the sand setting, a delightful terrace shaded by palm trees, air-conditioned alcoves facing the ocean, options adapt to wishes. Facing the Maison’s main pool, the White Bar offers refreshing cocktails and a light food offer all day long.

The Diptyque is a live cooking theatre with a dual personality, serving the finest Japanese and Southeast Asian cuisine.

This is a restaurant of two halves, both with open kitchens that encourage close interactions between the Chefs and their diners including an authentic teppanyaki experience. Every evening, the captivating culinary teams demonstrate their talent and passion right before the eyes of the guests, who sit upfront at the counter top.

Perched on the turquoise waters of the lagoon, The overwater Deelani and its relaxed alfresco ambiance offer local seafood and Mediterranean specialtieS inspired by the Indian Ocean.

Throughout the day, home-made gelati, sorbets and granita can be enjoyed on the deck, before the restaurant’s atmosphere begins to buzz at cocktail hour. The evenings bring delicious tapas and fresh seafood cooked on a Mediterranean style grill. Menu highlights include Mediterranean Mezze, langoustine Prosecco risotto and crisp pizzas.


The Carte Blanche in-villa menu fulfills the wishes of those who like to order what they please, when and where they prefer. Shaded by the latticework of the pergolas, the villas’ terraces are perfectly equipped for chefs to create bespoke culinary experiences. Culinary journeys can be designed upon guests’ wishes, such as an improvised picnic on a sandbank or a BBQ dinner on the beach.
