World’s Finest first project began in 2011 with the exquisite H24 in La Zagaleta, Spain. CEO and founder Walter Fischer had a vision to market the finest real estate properties to the highest level, and set about gathering together the best filmmakers, photographers, designers and web developers - a team which still stands to this day.

Aside from showing every angle of the property in stunning detail, our videos aim to also capture the magic of its location and what the region has to offer.

World class specialist architectural photographers were brought in to photograph the property to be used for the website and promotional book. Every conceivable angle was explored along with detail shots to show the superior quality of craftsmanship on display.

A 94 page coffee table book was produced in Spanish and English for this exclusive estate. The book was printed in a limited number of editions, and was a great success. Artwork, copy and photography was produced and directed by us.

We also created a website showcasing the video and all of the photography produced, together with a restricted access system where interested buyers login to view the material, and to order the coffee book.

The success of the marketing and production for H24 was overwhelming, with the property selling for 24% above its original valuation. World’s Finest have since been contracted to promote further properties in the area, and we continue to push the boundaries of what can be achieved in the sale of ultra luxury real estate.
