Our general terms and conditions for our website

(1) Preliminary Remarks

If you book an experience package on wfi.ag, your contract will be with us. These terms and conditions are incorporated into the contract between you and us in relation to the sale of the package.

By submitting your booking request, you guarantee that you have the authority to accept and do accept, on behalf of yourself and all other persons named in the booking, these terms and conditions.

(2) Booking Procedure

All bookings are subject to availability. They are not confirmed until we have issued a confirmation invoice. No payment is required before we confirm the booking.

Upon receipt of your booking request, we will contact you by e-mail as soon as possible to confirm availability and arrange payment details. We do our best to answer all booking requests between 24 and 48 hours (Monday through Friday) after they have been placed.

After receiving our booking confirmation and payment details, you need to confirm your booking within 10 days by paying the deposit or by providing the full amount if your booking is within the next 30 days. Your booking will automatically be cancelled if the deposit is not received by the due date.

(3) Payment and Deposit

Payment details will be sent to you by e-mail together with the booking confirmation.

We offer the following methods of payment: credit card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express), wire transfer and PayPal.

A deposit of 25% of the total booking price will be due within 10 days after receiving the confirmation invoice. The deposit is non-refundable.

The remaining balance (75%) is due and payable 30 days prior to the date of your experience at the latest. We reserve the right to cancel your booking if final payment is not received by the due date.

Bookings made less than 30 days prior to the date of your experience must be paid in full as soon as you receive the confirmation invoice.

(4) Cancellation Policy

a) by the occupant

If you wish to make any changes to your confirmed booking, you must notify WF in writing as soon as possible. WF shall make every attempt to meet your request, but cannot guarantee compliance with such requests. Modifications to the booking form are only valid if they are made in writing, and if they are signed by you and us, or when we have inputted amendments into the booking form.

You hereby agree to indemnify WF for any reasonable expenses incurred in making amendment.

We strongly advise that every client take out suitable holiday insurance for the duration of their stay, including cancellation insurance to limit your cancellation risk.

b) by WF

In the unlikely event that any alternation is made by WF which is deemed to be significant (for example, a change of booking date), you have the right to cancel the holiday or experience and receive a full refund of monies already paid.

WF shall not be liable for any refund should we be forced to cancel or change your holiday/experience due to circumstances amounting to force majeure. Such circumstances shall include, but are not limited to, war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, terrorism, industrial disruption, natural disasters, fire, technical problems, adverse weather, governmental action, government travel restrictions due to health reasons and similar events beyond our control. If in the exeptional circumstance the property is sold and no longer available for rent, you will be notified as soon as possible and all monies will be refunded.

WF shall use all reasonable endeavours to assist you in finding another Property or another Booking period to substitute the cancelled holiday/experience.

WF will be entitled to cancel your booking, with no refund or compensation if:

  1. you do comply with the payment schedule (for example payment of the balance amount, security deposit or services deposit if available)
  2. you the occupants, or your visitors break the terms of the Booking Form
  3. the group size exceeds the agreed number of guests on the Booking Form
  4. you have given misleading or false information, e.g. identity of occupants, nature of the party, failure to mention critical facts

(5) Travel Documents

The travel and accommodation documents will be sent to you by e-mail after we have received your final payment. The documents will be sent no later than two weeks before your experience.

It is your responsibility to ensure that all of the details on your travel documents are correct and to bring to our attention any errors or discrepancies immediately.
